At Stokely Event Center, we strive to provide a streamlined, stress-free experience for each of our clients. Over the years, we have developed a process that offers our clients amenities, services, and support that are simply not available at many other event centers in our area.
Today, we wanted to discuss a few of the many benefits of hosting your event at Stokely Event Center. Our hope is that this post prepares you for the experience of hosting your event with us.
Professional Help During the Event Planning Process
We know that the foundation of a great party lies in the planning process. At Stokely Event Center, we take great pride in offering professional help during the planning process for your event.
During your first call to Stokely Event Center, we will provide you with the information you need to determine whether our venue will work for your upcoming event. We will share a complete and detailed list of the services and amenities that are available. If you choose to do so, we will schedule a tour (this will take less than ten minutes). Alternatively, we are now offering virtual tours if you are unable to attend in person.
Next, we will ask several questions regarding your upcoming event including:
- What is the date and time of the event?
- How many guests will be attending?
- What vendors will you use? (DJ or band, caterer or bring your own food, etc.)
- Will there be alcohol served?
- What is the vision for your event?
Finally, we will provide you with pricing for your event, allowing you to move forward in the event planning process.
Customize Your Event
At Stokely Event Center, we believe that you should have the freedom to customize your event! We do not force our clients to use an approved vendor list – instead, choose vendors that are meaningful to you. You can choose to cater your meal or bring food that was cooked in your own kitchen.
Customization extends to your party decor as well! With our unique venue, decor is not necessary – however, our space offers plenty of flexibility to customize the space to your liking!
As your event is approaching, a member of our team will contact you to help wrap up the details. We will discuss your audio/visual needs (we provide these systems for your use, free of charge). We will also supply you with a proposed floor plan for your event, discuss any needs of your vendors, and introduce you to the host that will be present for your event.
Your host will be your contact during the event, providing you with extra hands and event two complimentary group photos to commemorate the occasion!
Don’t Worry About Clean Up
Once the guests have left, your work is done! Unlike other event venues, we handle cleanup from start to finish. After all, hosting an event is a lot of work – you deserve a break!
